Festival Dining

Prior to each evening performance you may optionally enjoy a pre-ordered meal, and dine al fresco in our tented dining area!  Meals are between $20-$26 each, and you may place your orders when you purchase your tickets, or after you’ve already purchased your tickets on our web site.  Meals may only be pre-purchased on our web site, and not at the event.

You may pick up your dinner each evening starting at 5:30pm near the Big White Tent, and dine at tables provided!

August 5
German Roots

1) Meat – Traditional Beef Stroganoff with Red Cabbage, Green Beans, Buttered Noodles.

2) Vegetarian – House Made Falafel Balls, with Pita Bread, Shirazi Salad, Pickles, Lettuce, and Yogurt Sauce.

3) Salad-Meat – Southwestern Chicken Salad, Chipotle Ranch Dressing, Lettuce, Corn, Pepper Jack, Black Beans, Avocado, Tomato, and Tortilla Strips.

4) Salad-Vegetarian – Southwestern Vegetarian Salad, Chipotle Ranch Dressing, Lettuce, Corn, Pepper Jack, Black Beans, Avocado, Tomato, and Tortilla Strips.

August 6
Flower Power

1) Meat – Grilled Chicken Tacos with Roasted Salsa, Black Beans, Rice, Cabbage, Onions, Cilantro, Jalapeño, & Cheese.

2) Vegetarian – Grilled Vegetable Tacos, Roasted Salsa, Black Beans, Rice, Cabbage, Onions, Cilantro, Jalapeño, & Cheese.

3) Salad-Meat – Roasted Butternut Squash and Kale Salad with Bacon, Pumpkin Seeds, Bulgar Wheat, Red Onion, Avocado, Pecans, with a Lemon Tahini Dressing.

4) Salad-Vegetarian – Roasted Butternut Squash and Kale Salad with, Pumpkin Seeds, Bulgar Wheat, Red Onion, Avocado, Pecans, with a Lemon Tahini Dressing.

August 7
Auction Luncheon

Full Salad Bar

– Romaine Mixed greens, Kale Grape Tomatoes, Red Peppers, Red Onions, Scallions, Garbanzo Beans, Shredded Carrots, Artichokes, Beets, Shredded Parmesan, Crumble Goat Cheese, Crumbed Point Reyes Blue Cheese, Homemade Croutons, Sunflower Seeds, Pepitas, Fried Onions.

– Homemade Dressings: Balsamic Vinaigrette, Ranch, Italian, and Blue Cheese.

– Grilled Lemon and Garlic Chicken Breast.

– Dinner Rolls and Butter Pats

– Cookies for Dessert:  Chocolate Chip, Peanut Butter, and Apricot Jelly
