Q: Can I come to the Auction if I don’t want lunch?
A: Absolutely! All concert goers are welcome to participate in the auction even if you don’t want to purchase the entire “Celebration: We’re Here!” package. However, premium seating up front will be reserved for those purchasing premium tickets which includes lunch and wine. For the Sunday, August 1st performance, all seating will be at tables.
Q: Can I participate in the auction if I can’t attend the concert?
A: Yes. If you can’t attend the concert, but would like to join us for the auction, please lt us know and we will assign you a paddle for bidding and entrance to the auction. You won’t have an assigned seat and may have to stand at the back of the tent, though we will make our best efforts to accommodate you.
Q: I can’t come to the Sunday event, but I’m interested in some of the live auction items. Is thee a way for me to bid?
A: Please ask a friend to bid on your behalf. If that isn’t possible, contact the office and we’d be happy to have a board member bid for you.
